I’m a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with 9+ years of experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. I specialize in architecting, customizing, and integrating scalable CRM systems across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service—translating complex business needs into efficient, secure, and scalable CRM architectures.

In my current role (Silcorp Technologies), I lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations, run functional discovery and fit-gap analysis, and design solution architectures aligned with business objectives to ensure scalability, security, and performance. I also design and implement Power Platform solutions (model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power BI dashboards), architect integrations using Azure Logic Apps/Azure Functions and REST APIs, automate business processes to improve operational efficiency, and manage Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories) through UAT and production release support, including CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
