Built and integrated a Dynamics 365 application with an existing SharePoint Online document management system to centrally manage drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and regulatory documentation. Automated and streamlined document workflows using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.

Designed and developed a custom, model-driven accounting application in Dynamics 365 integrated with SharePoint Online and Power Automate. Simplified business processes through standardization of Dynamics 365 entities and relationships and delivered UI using React, SPFx, and Fluent UI.

Automated new and existing HR business processes by digitizing paper-based forms using SPFx, React, and Fluid UI. Built form flows, approvals, KPIs, and custom reports and integrated solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate.

Built a proof of concept COVID online assessment tool for healthcare shift workers using SharePoint Online. Created online forms and workflows and implemented SPFx/React solutions with Office UI Fabric and GitHub-based development.

Redesigned the student portal to improve student services and remote education impacted by COVID-19. Developed custom webparts and client-side UI using SPFx and Node.js/React, created online forms and workflows, and migrated student group sites from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online.

Gathered requirements, built prototypes/POCs, and delivered solution estimates for development planning. Developed and deployed SharePoint solutions including custom workflows and webparts, wrote supporting documentation, and consulted with end users.

Developed a mobile application for Long Term Care Homes inspection, including prototyping and requirement analysis. Built dynamic forms and reports and implemented secure data exchange, aggregation, and synchronization between a central repository and mobile users using legacy integrations.

Built a Distribution Lists Management System (DLMS) to target and deliver communications to stores across Canada. Customized a SharePoint store communication portal and created publishing workflows, content types, and custom web parts.

Developed and deployed web parts for SharePoint/Microsoft CMS-based portal solutions. Created publishing and management functionality (including InfoPath-based forms), supported post-deployment activities, and produced user manuals.

Consulted on SharePoint portal customization and web part development for e-commerce and portal extensions. Developed “Customer Service Representative” functionality for an online store and extended a Bell Sympatico portal with additional capabilities and dynamically loaded application components.
