I’m seeking a role that offers growth opportunities in any roles. I’ll apply my knowledge, adaptability, and strong work ethic to contribute to a progressive organization.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Associate and GEDI member with Universidad de Zamboanga (May 7, 2024–present), focused on recruiting efforts that help a progressive organization hire effectively. Alongside this, I completed a remote HR & Recruitment Internship with Hopla.Online (October 2023–January 2024).

I bring a psychology foundation from Western Mindanao State University (B.S. in Psychology, 2023), supported by hands-on experience as a Psychology Intern at WMSU Special Education Elementary Department (February 2023–May 2023). I also hold credentials like Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) and completed the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate through Coursera.

I’m driven by a strong work ethic and adaptability, with a track record of recognition such as “Employee of the Month” awards. I enjoy creating job vacancy postings, facilitating events, and applying attention to detail to improve hiring and employee experience—I'm available immediately and eager to keep growing.
