I’m looking to lead global workforce, operations, transformation, or AI strategy where I can scale service delivery, build AI-enabled operating models, and turn capacity planning into measurable revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost savings.

At TaskUs, I lead global workforce management for the company’s largest client and South East Asia operations, supporting 25,000+ FTEs across EMEA, APAC, South America, and North America. My remit underpins 43% of company revenue and connects capacity, delivery, commercial enablement, and operational scale.

I’ve driven $120M in revenue growth through WFM-led service expansion and released $28M through real estate optimization and solutioning. I re-engineered the enterprise WFM operating model, improving seat utilization from 1.6 to 2.15 while strengthening forecast accuracy and schedule adherence.

I build AI-enabled operations, including Maestro, a proprietary chat-based AI insights application, automated LLM-based tooling, and the TaskUs Innovation Hub. I’ve also developed enterprise AI curricula and certified 900+ professionals in AI concepts, vibe coding, and Google Gemini Pro capabilities.

Previously, I led global WFM and new-business RFP work at Sutherland and Wipro, grew BFSI revenue by $85M at Sutherland, and delivered capacity and real estate planning savings at Accenture and Convergys. Across 20+ years, I’ve built workforce practices that turn planning, automation, and service delivery into measurable revenue, margin, and cost outcomes.
