At BAT, I build Power BI dashboards for ESG and Operations teams, bringing KPIs, SLAs, and system monitoring data into centralized views for decision-making. I also optimize SQL queries and validate KPIs and business rules.
At Universal Leaf Tobacco, I developed financial and operational dashboards and used SQL, Excel, and Power Query to reconcile data across financial and inventory databases. I improved financial closing processes through validation and reconciliation, reducing closing time by one day.
I also built Power Platform Dataflows to integrate data between systems and automate processing steps. Earlier, as an Administrative Intern at Bortoaço Comércio de Ferros and an HR Intern at Xalingo Brinquedos, I maintained and validated financial reports, business data, employee records, and HR databases.
