Led a 13-person cross-functional team delivering enhancements to LG Energy Solution's B2B EV battery assessment platform and a new back-office system. Defined core workflows and functional requirements, and delivered customer-facing features for Kiwoom Securities' retail investment app.

Defined and launched the Hanpass–UnionPay mobile card journey by analysing UnionPay API specifications and translating them into application, issuance, and QR payment requirements. Defined payment logic for MPM and CPM scenarios, and designed system-based workflows for KRW↔USD B2B remittance.

Delivered 11 digital projects over 4.5 years, translating client requirements into product specifications and coordinating cross-functional delivery. Led public-sector digital transformation projects, including a National Museum project valued at approximately €0.5M and a National Library project valued at approximately €0.6M.

Managed e-commerce platform delivery and web service operations for IT security products, coordinating external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Managed digital services, content strategy, and user acquisition activities for corporate education programmes.

Certification as DAsP - Data Architecture Semi-Professional, obtained in 2017.
