At Checker Software System, I work on an R&D project developing and maintaining an integrated AI Agent for a food and beverage business. I investigate issues with agent behavior and response accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align its outputs with food industry requirements.
At Checker Software System, I also took full ownership of backend development for a booking and management platform for insomnia treatment clinics. I designed RESTful APIs for bookings, device allocation, room assignment, and treatment session histories.
At FPT Telecom, I designed and implemented a microservice for AI services in a camera integration and monitoring project. I also implemented Kafka-based eventing and Redis caching, and optimized database access and performance.
At TMA Solutions, I implemented features for Web Storage, a university file management website supported by cloud services, and wrote about 70% of the project's unit tests, helping achieve over 90% coverage. I also worked on ZVC, a monitoring website for call center operators, and received the Star Performance award with the team.
