At Media World, I built and operate a containerized observability platform that monitors 41 devices, and developed custom exporters for systems without native monitoring support. I also built three production AI and automation systems, including Arabic speech analytics that processes about 100 calls daily.
My work at Media World also includes leading deployment of a Fortinet security fabric and designing dual-ISP routing with automatic failover for 150 users. Implementing Jira Service Management reduced average incident resolution time by 72%.
Earlier, I designed, built, and operated an independent internet service provider network serving more than 450 subscribers. Across infrastructure and AI systems, I’ve worked with Linux, Docker, enterprise networks, and self-hosted models.
