I seek senior roles combining technical leadership and project management where I can deliver SLA-driven network and service implementations, lead cross-functional teams, and improve procurement and supplier performance in a collaborative, process-oriented environment.

I am a telecommunications and IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering, project management, procurement and service delivery across carrier and enterprise environments. I hold an MSc in Electronics (Telecommunications and Computer Science) and multiple technical certifications including ITIL 4 Foundation and vendor-specific trainings.

Over two decades I have led WAN/LAN and IT change implementations, provided 3rd-line support for Cisco VoIP platforms, and managed procurement and supplier contracts for major operators and enterprise clients including Lufthansa, Vodafone and One Albania. My work emphasizes SLA-driven execution, cross-stakeholder coordination and cost-effective service delivery.
