What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities to lead business analysis, BI delivery, data governance, and client-facing transformation engagements, while building capable cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes for stakeholders.

At Data n Dashboards Limited, I lead end-to-end business analysis, requirements management, cost estimation, delivery, and client sign-off for up to five concurrent multi-workstream engagements. I’ve delivered four New Zealand local-government council engagements end-to-end and authored more than eight proposals and SOWs.

I combine Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python with practical ownership of FRDs, BRDs, dashboard delivery, UAT, change management, and client handover. I coordinate project leads across data, design, data engineering, and QA to ensure requirements are met through delivery.

I also built Data n Dashboards’ data-operations practice, including centralized data lakes for New Zealand, Australia, and Saudi Arabia, plus its first metadata-management and data-governance framework. I enjoy building capability through mentoring, including designing and leading a rotational graduate training program at NASTP.
