At Doutor Finanças, I head product and technology for the Real Estate division, set its strategy, and lead the team's shift to AI-first ways of working. I also lead Doutor Finanças Data, a B2B platform for real estate data, analytics, and market indicators.
I use Claude Code to prototype and validate ideas before committing engineering time. I designed market indicators for customer segments and launched a monthly real estate market barometer.
I founded REATIA, a data proptech that became Portugal's largest property database, using proprietary AI to index, normalise, and deduplicate listings. It grew to more than 15,000 professional users across three countries, and I closed enterprise deals with firms including Deloitte, PwC, and BPI.
At REATIA, I launched SaaS products, built and led a cross-functional team of 15+, and raised two investment rounds. I also turned Polispartner into a franchise network with five locations, and I build personal AI-assisted product projects including Enzo, a financial management SaaS for Portuguese SMEs.
