I'm looking to use data analysis, reporting, quality assurance, and process improvement to help cross-functional teams make better operational and strategic decisions.

I've spent more than 15 years at DISH Network turning operational, customer, sales, and performance data into decisions that improve retention, revenue, and service quality.

As a Business Analyst, I analyzed trends and business risks, audited multi-system workflows, and delivered executive reports and KPI dashboards.
