What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer or technical support role where I can resolve user issues across multiple channels, apply my software background, and continue growing through hands-on work.

At Concentrix, I supported Airbnb users through phone, live chat, and email, resolving platform-related requests in line with project procedures.

I document customer interactions, follow pending cases, de-escalate difficult situations, and escalate complex issues when needed.

I also bring software development experience from internships at Canada Soft, Norsys Afrique, and Nuxia Technologies, where I built web applications and contributed to automated CI/CD workflows.

My technical background includes JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, Docker, Selenium, and SonarQube, alongside C1 English, advanced French, and native Arabic.
