What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my full-stack development, travel technology, and 1st-level technical support experience to reliable hospitality-adjacent systems, including Oracle Hospitality OPERA applications.

I've built and deployed BelAgri-Suite, B-Tech POS, and Sim Contract Pro through BelmaanTech and independent projects, using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Electron, Vite, SQLite, and SQL.

I combine software development with hands-on troubleshooting, resolving API connectivity issues, desktop-wrapper memory leaks, deployment builds, GDS ticket issues, and software interface constraints. My work includes multi-tenant desktop and web applications, localized relational databases, and high-volume contract batch printing for 10,000–20,000 records.

At Concentrix on the Swile Travel project, I supported global corporate travel clients, documented recurring bugs with engineering and back-office teams, and maintained service delivery under real-time constraints. I now conduct quality calibration audits, track SLA and incident-resolution paths, and deliver technical feedback and training for complex booking workflows.

Over more than 22 years across IT systems, travel technology, operations, banking, and management, I've led teams, built monitoring tools, managed technical workflows, and worked in high-pressure client environments.
