I'm completing an Engineering Degree in Computer Science & Networks at EMSI while building experience across fintech support, cloud innovation, and full-stack development.

At Go&Dev, I investigated escalated L3 incidents for a European payment institution involving investor onboarding, KYC, account statuses, and partner integrations. I performed SQL and database analysis, reproduced production anomalies, and created detailed Jira tickets for engineering teams.

I've also supported international customers in French and English at Foundever, resolving technical and commercial issues across multiple channels. Earlier internships at CDG involved deploying a secure print management solution, implementing cloud solutions, and studying IT architecture.

I build projects including a Python and Django restaurant reservation application and a C++ online gaming platform. I'm comfortable working remotely with international teams and bring skills in SQL, Java, C#, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Node.js, networking, and incident management.
