What I'm looking for

I'm interested in remote opportunities in WordPress support, technical customer support, virtual assistance, website administration, e-commerce operations, data administration, and educational content development.

At my Computer Services and Web Design Office, I designed and maintained WordPress websites, managed site content and plugins, and resolved website errors. I also translated WordPress themes and plugins between English and Persian and provided practical computer support to individual and small-business clients.

I currently manage an online wicker handicraft business, coordinating production, product quality, marketing, sales, customer communication, and order follow-up. Earlier, I supervised green tea leaf quality control for Iran Tea Organization.
