At Global Technical Services, I modernized a legacy integration service into a Django REST and Celery architecture, separating ingestion, reconciliation, and background workflows.
I designed a Coordinator/Worker architecture with Redis distributed locks and exponential backoff to support concurrent processing across 14 companies. I also optimized a SQL Server database with more than 5 million records, reducing query time from about 3 minutes to under 150 milliseconds.
At Global Technical Services, I built an extensible provider architecture integrating databases, SOAP and REST APIs, and mock providers, with 56 automated tests. I also refactored data-heavy tables into server-side pagination and filtering APIs and redesigned dashboards around key metrics.
At Al-Alanda, I developed and launched a multilingual Arabic/English showcase website with Django and improved backend performance through in-memory caching for a large product catalog. My projects include a club management platform and Webify, a multi-vendor e-commerce platform with seller and admin dashboards, REST APIs, authentication, and Paymob payments.
