What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time remote role with an international company in customer support, customer success, operations, AI operations, or virtual assistance. I want to use my communication, computer, AI-tool, and problem-solving skills to support customers and contribute to a remote team.

I'm a B.Com (Computers) graduate pursuing remote opportunities with international teams in customer support, customer success, operations, AI operations, and virtual assistance.

I communicate professionally through voice, chat, and email, with strong English skills and a Duolingo English Test score of 125. I focus on understanding customer questions, providing appropriate responses, and delivering customer-focused experiences.

I use AI and digital tools to improve research, writing, analysis, and productivity. I'm comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data handling, documentation, and learning new software and processes quickly.

I'm self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently across international time zones. I'm available to join immediately and open to US, UK, and international shifts.
