At voestalpine VAE SA, I managed IT infrastructure and SQL data systems across factories and offices in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. I supported server upgrades, virtual environments, network security, and reporting, and worked on converting Access databases to VB applications for factory operations.

At Ulwembu/SSA, I migrated SQL Server 2000 data to SQL Server 2014 for the EC MIS project and redeveloped an ASP.NET application to work with the new data. My work also spans SQL Server and Oracle administration, data migration, performance tuning, and reporting; I’m now exploring local-first AI and offline RAG pipelines using Ollama, Hugging Face, and ChromaDB.
