At Digitata Networks, I support and troubleshoot production SQL on a live telecommunications platform operating at billion-record scale with ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.
I optimize queries, tune performance, protect data integrity, and automate ETL/dataflows. I also manage SLA-driven tickets, including after-hours and on-call response, using AI-assisted tooling to investigate production issues and document fixes.
