What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my customer service and data entry skills, support accurate work, and keep learning. I’m especially interested in opportunities that allow remote work and clear daily responsibilities.

I am self driven and motivated to succeed, and I’m goal oriented. I’m always pursuing new knowledge to hone my skills and competencies.

I completed Grade 12 and earned my National Senior Certiﬁcate (Nov 2017). I bring problem solving and attention to detail into every task I’m given.

In my work experience at Rafuni (PTY) LTD, I built practical experience in customer service and general worker duties, and I also handled data entry and analytical construction responsibilities. I focus on accurate work and reliable support for day-to-day operations.

I further strengthened my capability through certifications in Data Ownership and the Importance of Data Accuracy, Microsoft Excel basics, and Google Workspace. I also completed Virtual Assistant Training, digital marketing (including LinkedIn and social media), remote work training, and ChatGPT and Customer Support/Marketing—so I can contribute confidently, even when working remotely.
