I’m an entry-level data analyst with hands-on experience cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data in Excel, SQL, and Power BI. I build KPI-focused dashboards, validate datasets, and turn raw records into clear, decision-ready insights.

In project work, I analyzed 5,000+ sales records to evaluate performance and uncover key trends. I cleaned and transformed raw data, then delivered interactive dashboards tracking Revenue, Profit, Margin, and Order Volume—highlighting top categories and underperforming regions.

I’m also actively sharpening my skills through a 45-day data analytics challenge, using real-world datasets to practice dashboard design, KPI reporting, exploratory analysis, and business problem-solving. I’m currently expanding my Python skills for data analysis to complement my Excel and SQL workflow.

Before focusing on data, I built a strong technical-operations foundation through IT support and workflow coordination. As a General Manager and IT Support / Technical Assistant, I prioritized accurate documentation, timely issue resolution, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
