I've guided business units through end-to-end business continuity planning, from business impact analyses and recovery strategies to plan development, exercises, and maintenance. My work helps organizations establish Recovery Time Objectives, identify critical dependencies, and close resiliency gaps.

Across MBO Partners, TEKsystems, Intercontinental Exchange, PrideOne, PwC, and my consulting practice, I've supported continuity planning in regulated and enterprise environments. I administer and improve ServiceNow, Fusion Risk Management, and Archer records for plan management, dependency mapping, testing, issue tracking, and reporting.

I facilitate tabletop, walkthrough, active recovery, mass-notification, and other continuity exercises, turning lessons learned into corrective actions. I also advise senior stakeholders on operational resilience, crisis and incident management, policies, awareness training, and residual risk.
