I work with business users, client stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to clarify requirements and check that delivered solutions align with documented business goals. I also support UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and issue tracking.
I develop workflow diagrams, use cases, and process documentation to support project delivery and knowledge transfer. I also analyze data in SQL databases for reporting and decision-making, and provide post-implementation support.
