What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a virtual assistant or administrative support role where I can organize communication, calendars, tasks, documentation, and follow-ups while learning new software and supporting a team.

I've coordinated schedules, academic announcements, and follow-ups at Addis Ababa University as a Class Representative for six semesters, serving as the communication link between students and professors.

As Project Manager for a university software game development project, I organized meetings, deadlines, shared files, task follow-ups, documentation, reports, and team communication using Google Workspace.

I also build practical administrative systems for inbox management, calendar scheduling, task tracking, research reporting, and file organization using tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, Trello, Notion, and Canva.
