Supported lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging Montessori classroom by assisting students with daily learning activities and encouraging independence. Supervised children during classroom, outdoor, and transition activities and helped prepare materials and maintain organized learning spaces.

Supported elementary students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans with teachers and support staff. Provided one-on-one support for positive behavior and emotional regulation, documented student progress, and communicated observations with educators and multidisciplinary teams.

Managed loan-related client outreach by making calls and gathering relevant information for loan matters. Collaborated with team members to organize loan details in Google Sheets and handled loan documentation and paperwork efficiently.

Mentored incoming students to support successful integration into college life. Facilitated discussions on transition concerns, conducted campus tours for students and families, and helped students schedule and enroll in courses via Zoom while guiding them to campus resources.

Managed filing and document systems, including archiving and purging, and handled building access control through key card distribution. Mentored high school students participating in an intensive science research internship program while serving as a residential advisor.
