At HighEnd Technologies, I edited subject-matter experts’ documents and researched information to create accurate documentation for internal audiences. I created product documentation, user guides, and procedure manuals, and reviewed content for marketing, sales, and training.
My work also includes research and writing on data science, including reports forecasting monthly COVID-19 case increases in India. I co-developed write-ups about ontology for robot task planning and worked with a team that drafted articles for Srinagar’s smart-city development.
