What I'm looking for

I am seeking a leadership role in a corporate broadcast or digital media team where I can drive digital transformation, ensure reliable multi-platform delivery, mentor technical teams, and implement monetization and workflow optimizations.

I am a broadcast, technical, and digital media professional with over 20 years of experience across ICT and television broadcasting, including senior leadership roles at Sri Lanka’s leading media networks.

I have led digital teams and programs delivering end-to-end digital ecosystems, OTT services, and measurable audience growth while ensuring uninterrupted terrestrial, satellite, and online transmissions.

My strengths include managing live streaming servers (Wowza), CDNs, broadcast servers, transmission workflows, and ICT infrastructure, combined with team building, vendor coordination, and technical operations oversight.

I seek to apply multidisciplinary expertise to drive digital transformation, optimize workflows, and deliver reliable, monetized digital and broadcast services in a challenging corporate broadcast environment.
