I’m looking for remote/contract work where I can apply AI-assisted workflows to operations and procurement: CRM administration and data cleanup, bilingual technical support, process documentation, and evaluation roles that value structured documentation and continuous improvement.

I’m a bilingual Spanish-English operations and procurement professional with 25+ years across purchasing, supplier coordination, logistics support, customer records, document management, and sales operations. In my current role, I support business services for industrial recycling/plastics processing equipment—preparing purchase orders and commercial documentation, resolving delivery and duty/freight issues, and keeping customer/product/quotation information clean and trackable in Salesforce.
