I'm looking to support youth and community development through program design, implementation, communication, resource mobilization, and trauma-informed care, particularly in work that raises transformational leaders.

I've supported youth and community development through program coordination, strategic communication, and trauma-informed peer support.

At the Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology, I developed corporate communication strategies, led website development and social media management that increased engagement by 40%, organized high-profile events, and provided IT support and digital-tools training.

At the Center for African Leadership Studies, I designed youth leadership programs, developed fundraising campaigns that secured 20% increased funding, and produced reports for senior leadership.
