What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can build secure Java REST backends, learn best practices through code reviews, and grow fast—while also getting opportunities to apply data/AI ideas to practical products.

I’m a computer science graduate with hands-on experience designing and developing Java-based backend systems across enterprise environments, research labs, and startups. I’m proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Jakarta EE, and I take pride in building reliable software that fits real workflows.

In my recent work, I integrated Ghana’s National Identification Authority (NIA) REST API to verify government identity documents against live facial captures—helping eliminate fraudulent access before account activation. I also designed atomic database operations to prevent ticket overselling under concurrent checkouts, ensuring correctness at any traffic volume.

I build secure, maintainable APIs with a focus on the full lifecycle: I’ve created Spring Boot login REST endpoints that auto-generate hashed credentials and issue role-scoped tokens. On the data side, I’ve improved code retrieval and reliability by converting messy source artifacts into structured, queryable records, and increased AI-generated summary accuracy using targeted prompt strategies and validation.

I also enjoy working across the stack and collaborating closely with teams—having built frontend UI components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and led hands-on workshops that strengthened practical problem-solving. I’m self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to continuous technical growth.
