At RSM, I build the reporting layer executives actually open and automate the analyst work behind it. I’ve eliminated 30 weekly ad-hoc requests by building internal AI agents and web applications that let non-technical stakeholders query data directly.

I rebuilt six operational reports on Kimball star schemas, giving directors and managers same-day visibility into consulting KPIs and workforce utilization. I also improved Power BI semantic model performance through DAX optimization and Tabular Editor cleanup.

Before RSM, I built Power BI analytics and automated ETL workflows at AireSpring, surfacing delivery bottlenecks 48 hours earlier and replacing recurring manual extraction work. I’ve also tuned T-SQL, built stored procedures and views, and improved executive dashboards from slow to on-demand.

Across 14 years in technology delivery, including project management and technical analysis, I’ve delivered infrastructure migrations, service orders, data models, and process improvements. I work best where reporting is slow, manual, or nobody trusts the numbers.
