I’m a ports and logistics operations professional with 7 years of experience across bulk, break bulk, tanker vessel shipments, and truck operations, with a strong focus on execution, documentation, and detail. In my current Assistant Manager role in Mineral Operations, I ensure finalized trade execution, manage the operational contracting and end-to-end chain of operations, and support both international trades and local India sales through stock & sale.
I’ve also led critical ICD and port workflows—handling rail documentation liaison with CONCOR, railways, and shipping lines; ensuring proper export container documentation prior to arrival; and monitoring transfer volumes with weekly KPI reporting. I’m comfortable coordinating across planning teams to keep operations smooth, working in ERP/TOS environments, and driving process efficiency while maintaining performance against SLAs.
