Henry Barutciski

I am a bilingual Social Psychology graduate with a Master’s degree from the University of Kent. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in research methodologies, particularly in data analysis using tools like R Studio and SPSS. My master’s thesis focused on the role of feedback in shaping team performance, where I conducted interviews and analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data, applying insights to social psychological theory.

Throughout my professional experience, I have developed a keen ability to mentor and support individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a Disadvantaged Student Learning Mentor at St Marks Church of England Academy, I created personalized support plans and conducted one-on-one mentoring sessions to address the academic, social, and emotional needs of students. My role as Head Coach and Summer Camp Director for Power Soccer further honed my leadership skills, where I designed training programs that emphasized individual development and teamwork.
