I seek leadership roles blending education and business impact, in collaborative, values-driven organisations that prioritise mentorship, operational responsibility, and community-focused growth.

I am an empathetic educator and seasoned business professional with decades of experience leading retail and service operations, managing a multi‑million Rand business and founding successful branches. I prioritize collaboration, integrity and lifelong learning.

As Managing Director I developed and implemented strategic plans, negotiated supplier terms, recruited and mentored 30–40 team members, and planned bi‑annual educational expos. My leadership contributed to an MD Award of Excellence (2017) and Dealer of the Year runner up (2019).

I also work as a freelance AI Evaluator, assessing AI outputs for quality and alignment while applying data analysis and digital marketing skills to improve product offerings and community engagement. I am ready to channel my empathy, operational expertise and teaching background into roles that make a tangible difference.
