I’m looking to lead KPI-driven MSP service operations—building ITSM/process maturity, coaching technical teams, and partnering with executives to improve service delivery and client outcomes in fast-moving US-based environments.

I’m an IT Operations and Service Delivery leader with 15 years of MSP and technology services experience, progressing from hands-on engineering into service management and cross-functional operational leadership. I’ve been trusted to grow operational impact—partnering with executives to turn strategy into daily execution.

At BoomTech, I led daily service operations across a Florida-based MSP supporting US clients, aligning reactive support, Centralized Services, Technical Alignment/TAM, vCIO support, and Professional Services/project delivery. I owned operational performance for an 18-person multidisciplinary team, building structure, accountability, and service maturity through KPI-driven leadership rhythms, SMART number tracking, quarterly goals, service reviews, and follow-through.

I also drive measurable service excellence by optimizing Autotask PSA as a Certified Practitioner, administering PSA workflows, queues, LiveReports, and process automation. I strengthen delivery with SOPs and onboarding playbooks maintained in IT Glue, deliver client-facing QBRs with clear KPI trends and recommendations, and support strong tool and security ecosystems across the Kaseya/Datto environment—while coaching teams and enabling leadership through TruPeer/TruMethods-style training and people-development initiatives.
