Enterprise AI Platforms & Control Planes | Scaling AI Systems to 100M+ Users | Agentic Systems, Orchestration & AI Operating Models |
What I'm looking for
Most enterprise AI initiatives don’t fail because of models. They fail because they lack the systems to make AI reliable, governable, and scalable. I build enterprise AI control planes and operating systems that solve this—scaling AI from fragmented pilots to production-grade platforms supporting 100M+ users. My work centers on the control layer that orchestrates models, data, workflows, and governance into a cohesive AI operating system—enabling AI to function as a reliable, enterprise-grade capability. Over 15+ years, I’ve led globally distributed engineering organizations across US, EMEA, and APAC, delivering large-scale AI platforms and moving organizations from experimentation to durable, system-level adoption. My focus areas include: – AI control planes and orchestration layers – Multi-LLM platforms, RAG systems, and agentic workflows – Enterprise AI operating models and platform architecture – Governance, reliability, and production-grade deployment I work on problems where: – AI must operate reliably across complex enterprise systems – Orchestration, scale, and governance become constraints – Organizations need to transition from isolated use cases to platforms This is not about adding AI into existing systems. It’s about re-architecting the enterprise around AI as a first-class system. The next wave of AI will not be won at the model layer. It will be won at the system and control layer. I engage in select mandates across enterprise AI transformation and platform buildout.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Led AI-native engineering systems for Meta’s wearable ecosystem by integrating LLM-based agents into CI/CD pipelines for prompt-driven execution, validation, triage, and reporting. Reduced manual testing effort by ~60% and manual triaging by ~70% using agent-triggered validation and orchestrated self-healing workflows, with human-in-the-loop approvals and agent observability.
