What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an international demand planning, S&OP or supply chain program management role where I can align customer demand with executable supply plans, strengthen planning governance and improve service, inventory and delivery performance.

I've spent 21 years improving demand, supply and delivery performance across high-tech manufacturing at Foxconn and Lenovo.

At Foxconn, I led demand and supply planning for Dell production programs as the primary customer-facing supply chain contact. I aligned forecasts, material availability, manufacturing capacity and supply commitments across manufacturing, procurement and logistics.

I sustained 98%+ forecast accuracy on critical SKUs, 97%+ material availability and 99% on-time delivery. My planning improvements reduced excess inventory and stockouts by up to 20% and cut expediting costs by 18%.

Earlier at Lenovo, I led a team of eight planners and coordinated end-to-end demand and supply for desktops, notebooks and peripherals. I use SAP ERP, Power BI and advanced Excel as a business-side planning professional to turn commercial demand into executable plans.
