I've delivered major CRM functionality at BrainRocket for hundreds of users and more than 1 million weekly communications, while structuring discovery, partner integrations, release notes, and stakeholder demos.

At Scale Final, I owned roadmap, backlog, and release planning across two development teams for a high-scale Email, Performance Marketing & Analytics SaaS platform. I launched an email-sending module without critical incidents, covering system logic, UI, API integrations, GDPR-compliant unsubscribe flows, domain warm-up, and webhook observability.

My work centers on delivery stability, risk mitigation, and roadmap predictability. I improved sprint completion from about 60% to 85%, prevented 6–8 months of sunk engineering costs by identifying a non-scalable module early, and translated complex infrastructure into clear product features.

Earlier, I built product dashboards, validated demand through research, launched retention and monetization features, and grew affiliate revenue from roughly $30k to $60–75k per month. I enjoy aligning business goals, user needs, and technical reality to build products ready to scale from day one.
