I'm currently leading Baytul-Iman Academy as Principal, directing strategic planning, curriculum modernization, staff evaluation, resource allocation, and inclusive learning initiatives.

Previously at Pan American Academy Charter School, I guided teachers through classroom observations, actionable feedback, personalized mentoring, professional development, and data-driven instructional improvement. I focus on helping educators strengthen differentiated instruction, student engagement, and learning outcomes across grade levels.

My classroom experience includes teaching middle school English, elementary grades, and ESL, where I designed engaging lessons, assessments, digital learning tools, and individualized interventions. I've also worked as a Behavioral Specialist, developing treatment plans and targeted supports for children's social, speech, and motor development.

I'm a bilingual English and Arabic educator committed to nurturing curiosity, critical thinking, personal growth, and academic success for students from diverse backgrounds.
