I've designed and supported cloud, integration, and application solutions for MinTIC, Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, Organización Keralty, and the Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones. My work connects digital-government priorities with interoperable, secure, and scalable technology platforms.

At MinTIC, I advised on solution architecture for information, interoperability, and TIC-sector systems, implementing architectures with WSO2, microservices, Java Spring Boot, OpenShift, Azure DevOps, and Azure. I also designed sector interoperability, information-governance, and emerging-technology processes aligned with Colombia's Enterprise Architecture Framework and Digital Government guidance.

I've built integration solutions for healthcare records and imaging, online payments, travel platforms, postal-sector interoperability, and enterprise systems. My projects have included WSO2 integration platforms, APIs, BPMN processes, TOGAF and ArchiMate models, Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift microservices, Big Data solutions, and OpenAI/Python automation.

I bring technical leadership across cloud, DevOps, security, enterprise architecture, and business needs, and I have also taught software architecture, BPM, databases, programming, SOA, and business intelligence.
