I am a dedicated K–5 special education and literacy specialist with extensive classroom and coaching experience across DC and New York. I have led interventions as a Reading Recovery teacher, managed caseloads and IEPs, and consistently achieved strong student outcomes, including high percentages of students reaching grade-level reading targets.
I combine classroom leadership with talent development and recruitment experience, having built hiring toolkits, coached teachers, and supported large-scale recruitment efforts.
