What I'm looking for

I’m seeking HR and administration opportunities in a growth-oriented business environment where I can build on my recruitment, policy, employee relations, and operational support skills while adding value to the company.

I supported BR Fashion’s HR operations during my MBA internship, analyzing employee absenteeism across three-month, six-month, nine-month, and annual attendance records.

I created consolidated attendance records and delivered actionable insights using measures such as average absence days, time between leaves, and planned-to-unplanned leave ratios. I also coordinated with the owner and operations manager to understand departmental functions.

I bring hands-on capability in hiring operations, candidate sourcing, onboarding, employee relations, HR policy administration, grievance management, and office administration.

I’m looking to contribute in a growth-oriented HR and administration environment while continuing to learn, progress, and add value through people, policy, process, and performance support.
