At USHA MARTIN LIMITED, I gained practical exposure to recruitment, employee welfare, training and development, and performance management. I also studied Time Office operations, including attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll inputs.

I researched employee absenteeism, its causes, and its impact on workforce productivity and organizational efficiency. I identified attendance management challenges and suggested measures to improve Time Office efficiency and reduce absenteeism.

For my project, “From Candidate to Employee: An Integrated Recruitment and Onboarding Framework,” I studied recruitment from sourcing through selection and designed a pre-joining checklist and 30-day onboarding plan. I also proposed process improvements to support candidate experience and employee integration.

In a separate project, I studied performance appraisal methods, KPIs, and goal-setting, then designed a sample employee appraisal framework. I also worked as Deputy Manager-II at ICICI BANK, handling client relationships, business opportunities, and customer queries.
