I’m an international logistics and billing & operations professional with experience coordinating air imports and managing end-to-end operational flow, from origin to final delivery. I focus on customs documentation control, deadline compliance, and clear communication with airlines, freight forwarders, and international clients.

Most recently, I coordinated air import operations and strengthened billing accuracy through PayCargo—validating rates, controlling logistics costs, and reconciling invoicing discrepancies with vendors and clients. I also recorded and updated shipments and documentation in TMS/ERP systems, using KPI and management reporting to spot issues early and optimize processes.

Before that, I supported financial and credit documentation under regulatory guidelines as an Underwriting Specialist, and assisted corporate clients through Associate Account Management. I bring a detail-oriented, multilingual approach (Spanish, English, Portuguese) with a strong work ethic for process optimization, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
