At DISAN, I govern the data and application architecture for UNE, a business platform used by more than 1,000 people across seven countries. I defined the solution architecture that replaced manual processes and Excel workflows with nine production modules on a shared domain model.
I also designed and implemented AI agents for software development and automated invoice reading. Previously, as Development Manager at CIDSA, I directed software delivery from requirements through operational handover; one insurance administration system reduced process time and costs by 40%.
