IFURUEZE DEBORAH

@heberthdebbie

I support customers through clear communication, sales assistance, hospitality service, and responsive remote support.

What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Customer Support position where I can use my customer service, sales, hospitality, and communication experience to assist customers effectively and contribute to a positive customer experience.

I've supported customers across hospitality, sales, personal business, and online teaching, helping people get clear answers and professional service.

At Niben Hotel, I welcomed guests, responded to enquiries and requests, shared hotel information, and handled concerns in person and by phone.

As a Sales Representative for Guinness Company and Powerhouse Company, I assisted customers with products, purchases, orders, and follow-ups while building positive customer relationships.

Through online teaching and my personal business, I've communicated through online platforms, phone calls, and WhatsApp, responded patiently to questions, managed orders, and maintained professional customer support.
