What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a job in the Peer Support and Behavioral Health field where I can use my lived experience to guide recovery plans, teach coping skills, coordinate resources, and provide one-on-one or group support.

I’m a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist focused on strengths-based, lived-experience support for people facing recovery or mental health challenges. I bring a compassionate, empowering style that helps others build real momentum toward independent living and overall well-being.

In my Peer Support Specialist roles, I provide guidance, encouragement, and one-on-one or group support while helping clients develop recovery plans, teach coping skills, and connect them with community resources and services. I advocate for my clients as a role model and work with them on peer support goal setting and collaborative recovery planning.

Before transitioning fully into peer recovery work, I built a strong foundation in customer service, reception, administrative support, and dispatch. I handled data entry, scheduling, record keeping, payroll-related tasks, and customer communication, while creating and modifying documents using tools like Microsoft, Adobe, Photoshop, and Quickbooks.

I’m also trained to respond with care during difficult moments, using de-escalation techniques, crisis intervention, safety planning, and suicide prevention techniques. With my certifications and my commitment to hope, respect, and practical support, I’m ready to contribute in a peer support and behavioral health environment.
