At Johnson & Johnson, I designed and operationalized data pipelines serving clinical trials, from schema contracts through ingestion and delivery of multimodal data.
I built an event-driven ingestion and quality-check framework that became the standard pattern for multimodal sensor data, along with automated checks that record results for audit trails.
I managed a team’s migration from manual ETL to serverless cloud-native architecture while maintaining GxP and HIPAA compliance. I also connected clinical operations, data science, and vendors to align data delivery with trial milestones.
For research infrastructure, I designed a pipeline for wearable sleep-stage prediction research and built a CaImAn CNMF-E calcium imaging pipeline. I hold an MS in Data Science and am working toward the AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate certification.
