What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build governed, production-grade data platforms—lakehouse pipelines with CDC, quality checks, and observability—and expand into AI/RAG-ready datasets for clinical and scientific teams.

I modernize legacy clinical, research, laboratory, and pharmacovigilance workflows into scalable, cloud-based solutions at Merck, leading ingestion and ETL/ELT that cleanse, enrich, reconcile, and publish millions of records daily.

I build metadata-driven ingestion frameworks that standardize capture, audit logging, schema validation, and exception handling, then harden pipelines with CDC, checkpointing, deduplication, idempotent loading, and restartable execution so production failures recover cleanly.

At Moderna, I developed hybrid AWS/Azure data pipelines for clinical research and manufacturing analytics, including incremental loading, quarantine handling, data quality controls with dbt and Great Expectations, and dimensional modeling for governed marts in Snowflake, Redshift, and Synapse.

I also work end-to-end with BI-ready semantic datasets and have built AI-ready datasets and Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines for scientific and clinical content, including document parsing, chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, and grounded response generation.
